CANCELLATION POLICY
Late & Cancellation Policy At Beautybybri, I value your time and ask that you value mine as well. Please review the following policies regarding late arrivals, cancellations, and no-shows: • Grace Period: Clients are given a 10–15 minute grace period for appointments. • Late Arrivals: If you arrive later than 15 minutes, a 20% late fee will be applied to your total service. Depending on timing and service type, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. • Cancellations: Any cancellation made within less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total. • No-Shows: Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in a 80% no-show fee of the scheduled service total.
